You guys! I know, I know, I say this about every wedding, but holy cow this one is to die for. This wedding. Stunning, breathtaking, and so much dang fun! The Moxlow’s wedding was one of my favorite weddings so far! Before we dive into the wedding details, how did these 2 love birds meet and how the heck did they find me?? They met on bumble and told me that on their first date, Dane showed up on his motorcycle! So, of course they rode around all night talking and laughing, and the rest is history! If you didn’t know, these 2 are from Michigan and they found me through Instagram (cheers to the power of socials)!
Now, the best part: The wedding. These 2 truly planned their wedding around them, who they are, and their wants. Their venue was on the groom’s family property near Sandpoint, ID! It overlooked the lake and it was absolutely STUNNING!! Their wedding featured eucalyptus green with notes of forest green, gold, and white which made it feel super natural! With no bridal parties, their wedding was super intimate (which is my personal fav).
I met these 2 for the first time on the day of their wedding and let me tell you, they are the sweetest. They welcomed me with open arms and by the time I left that evening, I felt like they were close friends. You can tell when a couple is truly in love and they were definitely one of those couples. One thing they did on their wedding day that I thought was so sweet and unique was checking in on each other. Different moments throughout the day they would check on each other, go look at the view and just take a few moments to themselves. They would watch as their family danced and mingled. They really took in their day.
Everything from the venue, to the color pallet, to the decorations, was perfection. No detail was left untouched. Their food was so delicious and beautifully put together I honestly couldn’t believe it! Just wait until you see the gallery, you won’t believe it either. They even featured their signature drinks at the bar; this was such a fun way to add their personal touch! The groom’s featured drinks were an Old Fashioned and a Kentucky Stud and the bride’s drinks were a Moxlow Mule and The Observatory! The best part was yet to come on the dance floor. Of course they had the traditional dances that melt your heart, but these 2 know how to tear up the dance floor! We had the best time.
The Moxlow’s did such an amazing job planning and executing their day! I feel like I could go on and on forever about the details of this wedding because it was just so beautiful. But, I’ll let their timeless photos speak for themselves. Thank you again to the Moxlow’s for letting me be a part of your big day! It’s one that I won’t be forgetting any time soon.
