If you would have told me two years ago that this would be my career I would have probably said, “No way… really?!” It is the best job in the world and I feel so lucky every time I get to connect with a new person or couple. It really is a dream.

I pinch myself pretty much everyday that I get  to document love and celebrate it through the art of photography.

let's chat

My fiancé and I have been together for three years and recently got engaged in NYC! He is my biggest cheerleader and likes to call himself the Program Director for Mack Lloyd Photography. We also have a pup named Penny. They are my two favorites!

I had pink hair back in 2022. I loved every second of it and will probably rock it again some day soon.

I love the outdoors! Camping, fishing, lake days, hikes, swimming. If I am outside I am probably happiest!

I finally take the leap! I quit my day job and decide that photography is what I want to do full time. It is the best decision I have ever made for myself while also being one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have ever done.

I finally go full time!

Fall of 2021

After applying to several teaching jobs and being told “I just didn’t have enough experience to teach in a pandemic” I pivoted. I worked part time at a winery while seeing if photography was something I could do as a career.

Time to pivot!

Fall of 2020

At this time I was student teaching, about to graduate college with my bachelors degree, and had no plans of doing photography as a career. I thought it was just a hobby. Boy was I wrong.

COVID hits.

Spring of 2020

Around this time I was gifted my first real camera! It was a Rebel T7 and I was so ecstatic.

Finally got a real camera!

Winter of 2019

Yes, you read that correctly! When I first started taking photos I was taking photos on my iPhone. I would edit them in Lightroom with some mobile presets I had at the time!

My first camera was my iPhone!
